Go around your Circle and share personal updates. Keep them brief and focused on significant changes or important decisions since the last time you met. It's OK not to have one every month. If you have a One Action update from last time, share that too.

Invite everyone in the group to share. Keep answers to one or two minutes per person.

💡 Key Takeaways · 5 mins
- Your childhood self holds clues about your deepest values. The things that mattered to you as a child can point toward what matters most to you now.
- Goals rooted in personal history stick better. When you can connect a current goal to something you've always cared about, the motivation is deeper and more durable.
- Sharing vulnerably creates belonging. Letting others see where you came from can build deeper trust with your Circle.
- Circles that know each other personally are stronger. Today's investment in genuine connection will pay off in future conversations.
🏋️ Activity · 20 mins
Pre-meeting: Bring a photo of yourself as a young child to share with your Circle.
Activity 1 — Reflect on your photo (3 mins, individual): Look at your photo and think about (or write down): What was that child like? What did they care about? What were they afraid of? What did they dream of?
Activity 2 — Share with a partner (10 mins): Show your photo and share one story about your younger self — something that shaped who you've become. Your partner listens without interrupting. Then switch roles.
Activity 3 — Full Circle share (7 mins): Each person completes the sentence: "My younger self would want me to…"
Then discuss: What surprised you about what came up? What do you want to carry forward with you?
🎯 One Action · 10 mins
Commit to one concrete action — big or small — you'll take before next meeting. Go around the Circle and share (1 minute or less per member). Vocalizing it helps hold each other accountable.
**One by one, go around your Circle and complete the following:
- My younger self would want me to…
- So, before the next meeting I will…**
📅 Wrap-Up · 5 mins
Before you break, plan your next meeting and close on an energetic note. Go around your Circle one by one and finish the sentence:
